I think this is a really good improvement, and something we should  
definitely implement. Unfortunately we've hit the code freeze point  
for Infusion 0.3 and will be releasing on Monday. Coming this late in  
the cycle, we'll have to hold off on this feature until the next round.

I don't think you need to worry about confusing us. We really  
appreciate the opportunity to follow the design thinking as it  
emerges, and it can be helpful for us to understand how you've weighed  
the various options. I think the key is for us all to periodically  
summarize the public discussion and sync up our assumptions.

So don't please hesitate to continue discussing these issues on the  
list so we can be involved in the conversation.
