New APIs for the Reorderer

Hi all,

Last week while I was at home sick, I started in on some new APIs for  
the Reorderer. My goal was to simplify things to the point where you  
can easily reorder lists, grids, and portlets with one line of  
JavaScript.

This week, Michelle has been helping me get this new API ready for  
Infusion 0.3. Anastasia has been working away at a new approach to  
technical documentation. I wrote a blog post about it all:
