Release Preparation

Hi, everyone,

This is a reminder that we will be releasing Fluid Infusion v0.3 at  
the end of this week.

Wiki preparation:
Wiki pages marked with the label "release" will be included in the  
distribution (in the generated PDF file). Please check the wiki to  
ensure that pages you want included are labelled, and are suitable for  
release. We will be freezing the wiki on Thursday at noon EDT.

JIRA preparation:
Everyone should check their 0.3 issues in JIRA and either
   a) resolve and close them, or
   b) change the release version to a future release
