Layout Customizer: mouse interactions complete

The mouse-based intaractions for the Layout Customizer uPortal mock-up  
are complete. You can try them at

We'd appreciate it if folks could check it out, and let us know if  
we've missed anything.

They keyboard interaction is not yet complete: some of the styling  
(transparent portlet on CTRL) doesn't work in IE, and the drop warning  
is not yet displayed. We'll let you know when that's ready.
