UX Toolkit Document -- PDF Version

Thank you Anastasia, those are all valuable suggestions.  Regarding the 
HTML export option, I did experiment with it a bit. It creates a zip 
file of all the pages, in individual files. It includes both comments 
and attachments, so it is more complete than the PDF version.  I agree 
that we should keep our eyes open for other ways of extracting content 
from Confluence. I see that others have tried to address our problem. 
The  PDF Documentation Generator 
<http://confluence.atlassian.com/x/3gByAQ> plugin is an example of 
efforts in this area.
