Draft Uploader Design

I just realized I sent out the original email from my mac.com address  
(which is not authorized by fluid-work), which is why no one  could  
see my original email.... doh!

I've put the original design as well as the one revised in response to  
Daphne and Eli's feedback on the wiki:
