Reorganizing the presentations page?

I agree, Daphne. It would be good to reorganize the presentations around 
topics rather than presenters.  And moving the page up to the top level 
sounds good too.

(By the way, I believe the contents of the left navigation come from the 
"Navigation" page at http://wiki.fluidproject.org/x/PQka which you 
should be able to edit.)
