[jasig-ue] [Design Patterns] OSPDL/Design Pattern Working group question of the day

I like the way the goal is stated now.  I would also like to add  
something about it's goal to help us design consistent interactions  
where it makes sense.  In Sakai, a common complaint is that similar  
activities work differently so users have to continually relearn and  
figure out which instance works in which way.  By documenting best  
practices we can reuse these patterns across the applications.
