Changing the order of child pages?

Hi Allison and Anastasia,
We're really close to the Infusion 0.3 release, and all of our plates
are pretty full. I don't want to run the risk of making a major
upgrade to our wiki this close to our release.
Although it's not ideal, let's go with the page numbering strategy for
now.
