Hi all,

In preparation for Monday's component roadmap discussion we've created
a matrix to cross reference various inputs for component ideas: pain
point analysis, content management user research/modeling, work in
progress, initial component roadmap and the Sakai UX improvement
project. Another data point of interest would be applicability to
various Fluid partner projects. Perhaps a discussion point at out
meeting?

I've attached the matrix here and also posted it to the wiki: http://wiki.fluidproject.org/x/8QEa

The Use Case Frequency Matrix has also been updated to include all use
cases collected in our CM research. It's linked off the research
models wiki page:
http://wiki.fluidproject.org/x/44ok

I also jotted down some agenda ideas for Monday's meetings. Please
forward any other ideas about how to make this an effective, efficient
discussion.

0.4 Component ID (10:00 am PST on Breeze)
- 0.3 Release schedule & Components
- Components in progress (design and/or development)
- Estimated work remaining
- What can we accomplish by the 0.4 release (End of July)

Project Component Roadmap (11:00 am PST on Breeze)
- Review goals and overall priorities
- Review inputs on Matrix (where they came from, relation to Fluid,
etc.)
- Component Discussion based on Potential Component Matrix
- Create draft roadmap?
- Next Steps?

Please take a look at the "Potential Component Matrix" and if time
permits the research modeling work (http://wiki.fluidproject.org/x/
44ok) prior to Monday's meetings.
