Great! We spent a lot of time testing with JAWS and Window-Eyes to  
avoid conflicts, but more testing will be extremely useful. We support  
multiple keyboard bindings in the Reorderer, so by default you can  
select and move items with the arrow keys as well as with screenreader- 
friendly alternatives.

This is one of the places where the Fluid and the uPortal community  
intersect. At the moment, we haven't addressed a11y within individual  
portlets. It's a task that the broader uPortal community may decide to  
undertake, and of course we're here to lend a hand by providing with  
advice and accessible UI components.
