Portlet Drag and Drop

Anastasia,

Is this change also visible in the uPortal example of the Layout  
Customizer? Is it worth having Rich take a look at it as well? It's  
very much in development, of course, and has a couple of known bugs,  
but it might also be interesting to test with.
