Technical plan for June 10-16

Hi all,

Here's the latest technical team plan for June 10-16. Given our tight  
deadlines before Paris, we're planning to break things up into two one- 
week iterations before we cut the Infusion 0.4 beta release on June 26.

We're focussed on the following tasks for the 0.4 beta:

* New progress bar and code simplification for Uploader
* Implementing the first user stories for Inline Edit and Pager
