Code review request: FLUID-853 patch

I'd appreciate another code review:

I've attached a patch file to FLUID-853:

This patch adds a style to the invitation text created by the  
FLUID-852 patch.

I'm actually committing these changes to a branch: FLUID-755 (the  
parent issue of these issues) in case anyone wants to look directly at  
the code as a whole:
