JIRA interruption this morning

Sorry for the late notice:

We're expecting the Fluid JIRA issue tracker to be taken down a bit  
later this morning for maintenance. I'll send out an email when it  
actually happens, but I expect that to be somewhere around 10am EST.  
The interruption should last on the order of a couple of hours, and  
I'll let you know when it's back up.
