SVN interruption today, 11:30am

Our system administrator will be doing some maintenance work today on  
the server that hosts our SVN instance, and has asked that we suspend  
our use of SVN as of 11:30am today (Tuesday, Feb. 12).

We'll let you know when it's ok to start using it again after that.
