Code Freeze; testing day

Just a reminder that we are now in code freeze, and Justin will be  
coordinating testing.

If any changes seem in order based on test results, please post a  
patch on a JIRA and email the list, so we can evaluate whether or not  
it should make it into tomorrow's release.
