Where should the springboards live?

Hi everyone,

Some of the springboards have matured to the point where I think they  
should be promoted from the sandbox. Once they are promoted, they will  
be included in the nightly build and everyone can take a look at them.  
It would be very nice to ship a couple of them with the 0.5 beta next  
week. Should the springboard directory be a sibling to the sample-code  
directory? Any other preferences?
