Release preparation: Wiki pages

The time has come to begin the process of ensuring that the wiki is up- 
to-date with respect to any pages that will be included in the  
upcoming 0.3 Release documentation.

Any wiki page that is to be included in the Release documentation is  
tagged with the label "release":
   http://wiki.fluidproject.org/label/release

I would appreciate it if everyone could do two things:

1) Ensure that any pages you want to be included in the Release are  
tagged with the "release" label, and that any pages you don't feel  
should be included are not so tagged.

2) Ensure that any relevant pages that are essentially your  
responsibility are up-to-date (the Release documentation will be a  
static PDF snapshot of the wiki pages at the time of the Release).

The wiki will be frozen a short time before the actual Release, so  
it's important to ensure that it is up-to-date before then. The  
official date of this wiki freeze will be announced soon.
