JavaScript toolkit summit discussion

All,

One of the issues we want to discuss at the summit is how to evaluate 
various JavaScript toolkits for use within Fluid.  There is now a page 
on the wiki that outlines some of the issues:

This page is still under construction (I'm planning to add more to it), 
but feel free to view it, think about it, and add to it.
