"Personas in Design" discussion at the summit

Hi all,

One of the agenda items for the summit is "personas in design".  It's  
a subset of "Component design process".

For anyone interested in joining the discussion and could use a  
primer in personas, there is a page in the designer's toolkit that  
describes personas as used in goal-directed design, http:// 
wiki.fluidproject.org/display/fluid/Designing+with+Personas.  So if  
you're new to personas or could use a refresher I recommend you check  
this page out prior to the summit.

Also, please feel free to add other references and/or comments.
