Sakai UCamp + Programmer Cafe collaboration notes

Hi all,
Michelle, Shaw-Han and I had a meeting with Aaron today (Friday)  
about coordinating the Programmer's Cafe and UCamp Sprint projects.

Here are the meeting notes:

-  We're envisioning several smaller working groups of developers who  
have a choice between two design projects (Membership Tool or  
Preferences)
- We concluded that its best to have the collaboration focus on  
improvements to existing tools instead of creating a new tool from  
scratch.
- First 30 minutes of collaboration would be designers giving  
overview to developers on the two designs and their requirements.
- Collaboration session would start around 1:30pm just after lunch break
** Most important goal of Sprint is to have designers and developers  
work together on solving real problems.

- Designers attending conference would meet with Aaron on Sunday  
night (Dec 2) if possible around dinner time to finalize any needed  
coordination.
