Commit access nomination: Jonathan Hung

I'd like to nominate Jonathan Hung for commit access. Jon has been  
part of the Fluid team from the start, but was away from the office on  
parental leave when the new svn repository was set up. He's back now,  
and adding bug fix patches to jira issues.
