Meetings update

Hi Mike,

The walkthrough meetings all say TBD.  The bottom line is that they  
aren't happening right now as we switch our focus to producing some  
solutions to what we found in the initial rounds.  Would it be better  
to get rid of them all together until they are regularly scheduled  
meetings again?

The design meetings are happening.  We are trying to pull one  
together tomorrow sometime to complete the planning work we've been  
doing.  Colin & Allison are at UBC this week for a Kuali meeting so  
we are trying to work around their schedules.  One of the goals of  
that meeting should be to determine how often and when we want to  
continue to meet as a group.  I'll make sure the meeting description  
is updated with the current information.
