Meeting changes

A number of important Fluid people have afternoon flights on Friday,
while Ian noted that he doesn't have any firm plans for the JCR
workshop in the morning, and he'd like to attend the Fluid meeting
anyway, so it's been agreed that the morning session on Friday (9
a.m.) will be devoted to the Fluid-Resources WG talk, leaving the
afternoon available for further JCR discussions, if those plans firm
up during the week.

We're also looking to have a BOF sometime Wednesday to broaden input
somewhat, highlighting a few of the more fundamental questions we're
wrestling with.  Something to get the juices flowing, at any rate.
I'll schedule it today.
